Our Founder
Richard Freeburn, Esq., Founder of Injured Bikers Foundation, (IBF).
With more than 45 years of experience as a plaintiff’s personal injury attorney, I am acutely aware of the financial hardships caused by motorcycle accidents. The immense financial disruptions and emotional stress caused by the loss of income, medical expenses, and property damage can be overwhelming.
While I may be able to get the money an injured motorcyclist deserves, the legal process is frustratingly slow. And just because an injured motorcyclist may not be able to work due to their injuries, their household expenses, on top of the extra expenses of the accident, don’t stop. Unfortunately, I am also too often stymied by the insurance limits of the parties in the motorcycle accident.
That is why I created Injured Bikers Foundation, (IBF); to offer a helping hand to injured bikers and their families when they need it the most. I incorporated it, wrote its by-laws, and assembled an excellent Board of Directors made up of 9 very thoughtful and accomplished bikers with diverse backgrounds from a wide geographical area.
